§ 1

Subject of the Regulations

1.   The regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a registration card as well as by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay in the cottage. It is assumed that by performing the activities listed in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.

2.  The regulations apply to all persons staying in the rented house.

3.  The regulations are available for inspection at the cottage host.

 

§ 2

"Hotel night"

1.  The house is rented for "hotel" days.

2.  A day in the cottage lasts from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day.

3.   The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. The guesthouse will take into account the request to extend the stay depending on the availability of the house.

4. Quiet hours in the cottage are: 22:00 - 6:00 the next day,

5.   The host reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the cottage in the event of failure to make full payment for the current stay and in the event of non-compliance with these regulations.

6.   If the Guest resigns from staying in the cottage during the day, the fee for the stay on a given day will not be refunded.

7.   Keeping the cottage after 11.00 is treated as an extension of the stay

 

§ 3

Reservation and check-in

1.   The condition for booking is to pay a deposit. The value of the deposit may vary depending on the advance notice of arrival (5 days to arrival 100% deposit, 10 days to arrival 50% deposit), 11 days and more to arrival in the amount of 35% of the stay value within 2 days from the order, unless the conditions of the current the offers say otherwise.

2.  The host reserves the right to collect upon check-in the amount due for the entire stay and, in special cases, an additional deposit of PLN 400 per stay for additional services/costs.

3.   If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the Guest has the right to a refund of the deposit or to change the date of stay. In the event of cancellation or change of the reservation at a later date, the deposit is not refunded. An exception may be a currently offered special offer.

4.  If the guest does not arrive at the rented cottage on the scheduled date, the facility will charge the guest for the first day and for the entire stay in accordance with previously agreed terms.

5.   The basis for the Guest's check-in is to present to the host a document with a photo confirming his/her identity and to sign the registration card.

6.   A guest of a rented cottage cannot lend the cottage to other people, even if the period for which he or she has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.

7.   Persons not registered in the cottage may stay as guests in the cottage from 6:00 a.m. to 22:00.

8.   The host has the right to refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the cottage or guests, personal injury to guests, cottage employees and other persons staying on its premises.

 

§ 4

Services

1.   The host is obliged to provide guests with:

·        Conditions for complete and unrestricted rest,

·        Security of stay, including the security of keeping information about the Guest confidential,

·        Professional and courteous service in all services provided

·        Performing necessary repairs to devices during the Guest's absence from the cottage, and in his presence only if the Guest expresses such a request,

·        Technically efficient service, and in the event of any faults that cannot be removed immediately or require calling external service companies, the host will make every effort to change the accommodation if possible.

 

2.   Additionally, at the Guests' request, the host provides the following services free of charge:

·        Providing information related to your stay,

·        Assistance in ordering external services; transport, ski equipment rental, other,

3.   In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report any reservations to the host, which will allow for a response and improvement of the standard of services provided.

 

§ 5

Guests' responsibility

1.   The guest of the rented house bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the facility's equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or the fault of the people visiting it. The Host reserves the right to charge the Guest for any damage caused after his departure. The host reserves the right to individually estimate the damage depending on the work necessary to remove the damage.

2.  Any reservations related to the house, its technical condition or any noticeable deficiencies in the equipment should be reported immediately at the start of the stay. Failure to raise any objections will be tantamount to acceptance of the good condition of the rented house and equipment.

3.   In the event of a violation of the Regulations, the host has the right to refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to comply with the host's requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the rented house.

4.  The host has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the guest to the rented house in the event of the guest's delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to settle the fees for the services provided by the host.

5.  Children under 12 years of age should be under constant supervision of their legal guardians. Guardians will be financially liable for any damage to items of equipment and technical devices resulting from the children's actions. This also applies to the playground.

6.   Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the entire cottage.

7.   It is prohibited to bring or possess in the rented cottage:

·        Dangerous items, especially firearms, bladed weapons, pneumatic weapons, gas weapons,

·        Explosives and pyrotechnics, including; fireworks, light balls and flares as well as any other potentially fire-hazardous materials,

·        Narcotic and psychotropic substances and other similar substances.

 

§ 6

Host responsibility

1.   The host is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using his services to the extent specified in the provisions of the Civil Code.

2.   The host is not liable for items left in the cottage, loss of money, damage to valuables and items of scientific or artistic value.

3.   The host does not accept items for safekeeping.

4.   The host is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other motor vehicle, items or equipment left in it. At the same time, there is no fee for using the unguarded parking lot

 

§ 7

Return of items left behind

1.   Personal items left by departing guests in the cottage will be sent back to the address indicated by the guest at his/her expense. If such an instruction is not received, the host reserves the right to store the items left behind for a period of one month, and after that time the items will be disposed of. Due to their properties, food items will be stored for 24 hours.



§ 8

Additional provisions

1.   The host does not accept pets staying in the rented house.

2.   Smoking and taking intoxicants are strictly prohibited in the rented house. For breaking the ban, the guest of the rented house will be charged an additional fee of PLN 300.00. The ban also applies to balconies adjacent to rooms.

3.  For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use open fire in any form in the house and to use heaters and other devices that are not part of the room equipment.

6.   The guest will not cause, and the host will not allow, excessive noise in the rented cottage.

7.   Apart from slightly rearranging furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safety of use, guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms and their equipment.

The legal basis for the processing of the obtained data is the contract for the provision of hotel services,

and in the event of any claims, the legally justified interest of the Administrator. The data will be processed

until the limitation periods related to the performance of the service contract and deadlines expire

limitation of the Administrator's tax liabilities in this respect.

Failure to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of a contract for the provision of hotel services.

 

Host Monika Świątecka may transfer personal data to the following categories of entities:

• companies providing maintenance and support services for IT systems,

• transport companies and persons providing passenger transport services, if you order such a service,

• companies providing postal and courier services, in the case of sending any correspondence,

• public authorities, in connection with the performance of their public tasks,

• law firms, in the case of legal advice and representing the Administrator's interest during the trial,

• companies providing marketing services, if consent is granted for marketing purposes.

 

You have the right to access the processed data, rectify it, transfer it, delete it and limit its processing

data and objection to processing. For this purpose, please contact the Data Protection Inspector.

The Administrator does not transfer the processed data outside the EEA or to international organizations.

 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,

i.e. Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

 

The administrator obtained your personal data directly from you for the purposes of booking

or via partners' booking portals

The host Monika Świątecka performs profiling based on personal data obtained in connection with the provision of services in order to analyze needs and preferences and then makes automated decisions on this basis,

including adapting marketing information about selected services and promotions addressed to this person. Thanks to these

activities, the Administrator can send a more desired marketing message to the recipient, which is a benefit

for both sides.
